Refund policy

For Online Purchase via ‘Online Payment’ (Debit/ Credit Card, Online Banking):

Product(s) can be returned to our warehouse via parcel return or at the official boutique.  

Return Policy

1 – Store Purchase: Return within 7 days from the date of purchase of the product(s).

2 – Online Purchase: Return within 7 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the Bulan Bintang HQ website (www.bulanbintanghq.com) , or any registered reseller under Bulan Bintang HQ.

Example: If you received the product(s) on 1st May, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our warehouse by 7th May. 

3 – Only defective item exchanges or size exchanges are accepted, subject to availability. 

4 – We do not accept colour exchange.

5 – Defective item exchange and size exchange requests will only be processed if notified within seven (7) working days upon delivery.

6 – For size exchange requests, customers are responsible for both the re-delivery postage fee and the return pickup fee.

7 – For defective item exchange, the re-delivery postage fee and the return pickup fee are on us.

8 – Product(s) can be returned for exchange, provided the product(s) returned in new and original condition. It must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging.

9 – Product(s) sold at marked down prices due to defect(s) cannot be returned.

10 – Bulan Bintang Clothing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where

(i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or

(ii) there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.

11 – Bulan Bintang Clothing Sdn Bhd reserves the right for final decision.

12 – Bulan Bintang Clothing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
